Once Management contacts you about an suitable property and you find it will fit your needs, you will be given the opportunity to Apply for Occupancy.
Each prospective applicant must complete an "Application For Occupancy" and pay the necessary tenant screening fees. Hilltop Management uses a Tenant Screening Company for tenant screening which takes approximatley 72 hours.
The information provided to Management by the Tenant Screening Company on each applicant contains a credit report, risk assessment, a criminal and sex offender report and employment and previous landlord reference check.
The Application for Occupancy will be e-mailed or faxed to each applicant.
Each applicant must be an adult, 18 years or older, and pay a non-refundable application fee of $40.00 per each adult applicant.
