Management will make arrangements with the tenant for a Move-In Inspection. The move-in inspection allows the tenant and management to identify the condition of the premises pre-dating the start of the rental agreement.
According to your rental agreement, the premises are rented in "As Is" Condition. This means the premises are rented to the tenant without promise from management of any repairs or decorating done prior or after the tenant moves into the premises and the tenant accepts the condition of the premises.
Any concerns of the condition of the premises should be noted on the Move-In Inspection Sheet and acknowledged by both the tenant and Management.
Management has provided the tenant with a Move-in Inspection form for their review and a Helpful Hints Checklist. These will help a tenant get though this task of moving into a new residence.
