Hilltop Management maintains a Wish List or "Waiting Call List". The "Waiting Call List" gives everyone the opportunity to give us their wish list and tell us what they are looking for in a rental property. The "Waiting List" is necessary to gather all the information needed by Management to better assist you in finding that suitable property.
Management maintains the "Waiting Call List" in chronological order in which the information is submitted.
After you have submitted the Waiting Call List form, we may be able to place you in a property immediately or it may take a little time. We just ask that you answer a few questions and submit the information so we can start looking for your next rental home. We may not be able to find that rental property that has everything on your wish list, but we will try our best.
